Refund policy
This policy applies to all digital products sold on this website, including downloadable files, patterns, guides, and other digital assets.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds or returns are not accepted once a download link has been accessed or files downloaded.
REFUNDS FOR DUPLICATE PURCHASES ONLY
Refunds are only issued when the same digital product is purchased more than once by mistake. To request a refund for a duplicate purchase, email contact@victoriajin.online within 14 days of the duplicate transaction and include the order number(s), the product name, and the email address used at checkout.
Duplicate purchases will be verified in order history; once approved, a refund for the duplicate charge will be issued to the original payment method.
ACCESSING FILES
If there is a problem accessing a file or the download is corrupted, please send an email to contact@victoriajin.online. These technical fixes do not qualify for a refund unless the purchase is a verified duplicate.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once a duplicate purchase refund is approved, the refund will be submitted within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.
